The evening turndown service was a lovely
touch that made me feel pampered. I appreciated the spacious and beautifully decorated room, along with the tranquil surroundings. However, a few more shuttle times would have improved our trips to the city center.

The swimming pool villa was a perfect retreat after a day of exploring, and the hotel’s lush garden setting allowed us to truly unwind.
The limited shuttle service made getting to and from the main attractions more challenging than expected, requiring us to rely on taxis.

beautiful grounds, fantastic spa, free dance class
Don't rely on the advertised shuttle schedule—only a couple of departures!!! Also, walking outside is quite risky due to traffic and lack of pavements!!! A tad more local cuisine variety would be nice!!!

We truly enjoyed our stay because the location was just outside the busy center of town, allowing us to explore the tranquility of nature while still being close to Ubud's attractions. The facility was family-friendly, featuring a lovely pool where our children could splash around safely. We appreciated the spacious room that comfortably accommodated our family and provided enough space for everyone to unwind.
However, we found the menu options a bit limited, particularly for local cuisine.

The swimming pool villa upgrade significantly enhanced our experience, and the restaurant's European dishes were both delicious and well-presented. The breakfasts stood out as particularly exceptional, adding to the overall charm of the stay. However, the need for taxis for local exploration could be a hassle, and the occasional noise from nearby areas was noticeable, affecting tranquility at times.
